boing!

welcome spring!
it has sprung here in NEW YORK CITY!
everywhere i turn there is some new little crop of flowers.
they all seem to be so happy to be here.
it puts a bounce in my step.
walking down the street and seeing all the puffy new buds,
swirling tulips and the smiling daffodils.
the cherry tree in the back of our house is begining to bloom.
every morning i stop by the window and give it a bit of encouragement.
not that it needs my help but i just want it to know that i appreciate the beauty it shares.
i also want to give a shout out to a garden i pass every morning to the subway.
the most gorgeous spring haven i have EVER seen.
if i were a butterfly that would be my spot.
so thank you spring for just being the kick ass season you are!
